The method for washing my hair is known as "No 'Poo" which basically translates to: not using shampoo. This is quite a drastic change for most people to make in their routine, as shampoo and conditioner are seen as ESSENTIALS for hair care.

It's been several months since I put shampoo near my hair, and I am so much happier without it. As I move towards a more natural lifestyle (not quite these yet!) I feel good about making small changes. By moving to this regimen, I have eliminated toxins and skin irritants which were poisoning my body and clogging my system. I'm happy to be free!

The best part about this routine is that it cleans my hair as well if not better than conventional shampoo-and-conditioner. It has become part of my life and I wouldn't dream of going back to shampoo!
