So you will need:
An old sweater or scarf
Scissors
Sharpie Marker
No Fray Seam Glue
Iron On Adhesive
Ruler
Iron

Just to clarify, the 2 strips you are cutting out from your scrap sweater are about 4.5 inches(11.43cm) by 25-30 inches long(63.5cm-76.2cm). The Diameter of the first hat is 11 inches.
