These were the only two ways I truly was able to fade and make my pigmentation scars disappear. I highly recommend both to help cure your acne scars. If you are seriously against anything to do with tanning then you don't have to do it. But it really does work. If your that against UV rays then I also recommend you hide from the sun at all times wearing hat, gloves, and umbrella's. Seriously, Indoor tanning is controlled and monitored amounts of UV that the staff are trained for working with. It is greatly safer than outdoor tanning or outdoor UV rays. Do your research if you feel the need to. The only way tanning causes cancer is if you have it running in your family or if you burn every time. Which does not happy at a tanning salon because it is the employees job NOT to ever let you burn. This is why outdoor tanning is more dangerous. So I suggest you consider it.

The PMD (personal Microdermabrasion) Is safe to use. It can sound drastic but it is very very good for your skin. You can either go to your local spa and ask if they do dermabrasions or your can get your own PMD for about the price of 2-3 dermasbrasions at a spa. Your call. :) I am super happy I got my own PMD and will use it for years to come. Juts for my general skin health.
