This tutorial is a two in one! Neutral eyes for that bold black lip. I know, I know, the black lip is too much, but I love it! Fergie did not come out with that lipstick for no reason, so I figured, why not do a tutorial on it. I wore it out before the storm and everyone loved it! I hope you guys like this two in one video. My actual makeup look cut out early, but it worked out for the best!
