Yes ma'am! I had to work my way up though! A year ago I was only able to 2 circuits 25 reps. Just take your time & once feel like you have mastered 2-3 times, try adding #4 and then #5 it takes practice. As you strengthen your muscles you'll be able to do it and add weights! You Go girl!! :-)

Lunges help create strength, and lean muscle. Cellulite is just excessive fat being pushed against your skin which create the dimple like texture. This helps breakdown that fat and creates muscle that can get rid of cellulite! :-)
