I have 5 weeks till Summer. I've been working hard to get the body I want and I know I use Youtube, Google Etc... so find out different ways to get rid of something or gain something better. I created this video for all the ladies and gents who want to get rid of that ugly bumpy fat trapped under your skin. The only way you can get rid of it completely is to do Lunges, Squats; Have a healthy diet and drink lot's of water. I've improved my water intake (Hoorrrrayyy!!!) I had Cellulite. But I did these moves 5 days a week including my regular workouts and I have officially got rid of it!
