You can make your own homemade sunless tanning lotion without spending a fortune and without having to worry about harsh chemicals! Here is the way how to make your own natural homemade sunless tanning lotion:

You will need a mixing bowl, coffee, a tablespoon and your favorite body cream.

EXTRA TIP: Instead of body cream you can add sunscreen or body lotion with SPF so you can get sun protection.

Mix some coffee with cream until the grounds have well started dissolving. You can add more cream until you get the desired color for your tanner. The mixture will look delicious and creamy! Now you have your own, personalized self tanner!

BEAUTY SECRET: The caffeine in the sunless tanner helps break up cellulite and lumpy spots!

The general rules of self tanning:

- Start with clean, oil free, exfoliated skin.
- Do a small patch test before full application to ensure you have no allergic reactions.
- Apply generously in circular motions, taking care to rub in evenly and to be careful of color build up in dry areas like ankles, elbows, knees, fingers, etc.
- Buff the previous areas with a dry washer if color build up occurs.
- Self tanners tan everything -- that includes clothing, bedding, etc. Keep this in mind -- don't wear white until you have showered and you know it won't rub off!
- This is temporarily but effectively staining your skin. It comes off in the shower but it takes several days and applications to build up a strong "stain" on your skin.
