{ 36 } Hair Update

So here is an update on my hair porosity and I finally did a porous check and I am Floating in the Middle!!!

So The Book Im talking about is "The Science to Black Hair" the website is www.blackhairscience.com click on Learn the Science it has many points on Hair breakage, porous test etc!
SO what have I done differently:

I bought Hello Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner by Herbal Essence....LOVE IT
I shampoo once a month and Us the Conditioner as my Deep Conditioner 2 a week
I use Humecant From Suave as my co wash twice a week/I also use Nourishing Tresseme Naturals Conditioner as my co wash as well

I began using my Aloe Vera again and I changed the ingredients a bit by using more water 3 cups more and making it a juice instead of a gel and using apple cidear vinegar instead of Lemon juice. IT has made a big difference.

I also apple cider vinegar rinse after every deep conditioning and Once a month I rinse hair with water and condition with just apple cider vinegar.

I also did my first Protein Conditioner since 11/12.

My hair is on its way to being back to its healthy self and I am soooo excited!!!!
