Fill in brows if needed
Conceal your eyes starting under the brow, down to the crease. Apply an eyeshadow base to make a clear canvas to bring out the look perfect and neat. I used Ofra Gel Eye Liner Base
For a dramatic base, I am using a creamy pencil liner as base, in stone. Black can be too dramatic for some.
Apply roughly as show in the pic but the liner should be below the crease area since that's where we need our shadow to be intense.
Now smudge the liner to the crease with gentle motion.
Take a matte dark eyeshadow of your choice, here I am using Stone (a dark greyish blue) from Ofra.
Use a flat shader brush and apply it on top of the smudged liner on the lid.
Take a matte blackish color of your choice, here I'm using Ofra's Black.
Take a blending brush and apply the colour on the crease.
Move the brush in windshield wiper motion to blend them well to achieve this finished look.
Take a creamy liner and apply it on the lower lash line and slightly blend it with a liner brush if you want smoked out lower lashes.
Take a shimmery light blue eyeshadow to brighten the inner corners of the eye. I used Ofra's glitter sky.
Since I have hooded eyes I blend a flesh colored shadow onto the top of the dark color.
I shape my eyes by applying a dark brown shadow along the side of the nose and under the start of my brows.
Now your dramatic shade is finished and apply coats of mascara or false lashes. Rock this sexy look with a nude lip !!!
