BH cosmetics Beat the Makeup Artist contest Tutorial

Hey everyone, This was the look I did for the BH Cosmetics contest. I waited to upload until after they picked their top 10. Sadly I wasn't apart of the top 10 :( I still had fun doing this design though. Hope you enjoy this tutorial!!!
