I do this process weekly. Like I said in the video, depending on how my hair feels I'll use a different cleanser. My current sulfate-free cleanser is Simply U Color Care Shampoo (was 6 dollars from walmart. It's ok, I like that it has protein and wasn't too expensive. I'm not blown away though, but I spent money on it so it will be used up.) The thick Co-wash I'm using at the moment is the As I Am Coconut Co Wash. (It's very moisturizing but does not remove build up from my hair, hence why I still need to use shampoo sometimes.)

The order also depends. In the colder months I'll apply my deep conditioner to my dry air first, then later on wash it out so it can dry overnight. During the warmer months I'll wash first then apply my deep conditioner and sleep with it in. Then in the morning I'll rinse it out and let it dry throughout the day.
