But drinking tea can give you more than that. Apparently, many researches have shown that tea has so many great health benefits and some can even help us lose weight.
It has recently been on Dr. Oz's show that they discuss about the weight loss benefits of teas and how you can drink tea at different times of the day to gain the different benefits.
