Here I am reviewing (for the first time and without primer) the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. Overall review I am not super impressed but then again I'm not shocked. I love urban decay but this palette didn't seem like a winner to me. Still useful though! I also must admit that these shades are somewhat water resistant, so they have great staying power!
