DIY: American Flag High Waisted Shorts

I've been eyeing a pair like these on the Forever 21 website but couldn't talk myself into buying them cause they were like 30 dollars. So I went to Savers, (local thrift store) got these jeans for 5.99 then went to Michaels and got the red white and blue fabric paint with cost about 5$ for all three and showed you guys how I made my own pair for less than half the price.
