Hi everyone and welcome to NAV, today I'm going to show you how to get this cute green and white polka dot look using a dotting tool. If you don't have a dotting tool I'm going to suggest a few items around the house that you can use to substitute. This is my first time using a dotting tool so it proves just how easy it is!!! It totally reminds me of the green Mario mushroom!!! Hope you like the video.
