This workout is something I put together after following some awesome people on Instagram and subscribing to excellent fitness pages here on YouTube.
Start with:
5 min Warm-up, each exercise for 1 min:
Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Run in place, Jump Rope
Repeat these intervals 3-4 times:
5 push-ups
10 Renegade Rows
10 Spidermans
10 Supermans
1 min abs b/w each completed round (after 4x)
5 Tricep Dips
10 Dumbbell Rows
10 Deadlifts
10 Burpees
1 min abs
5 Shoulder Press
10 Tricep Kickbacks
10 Weighted Jabs
10 Bench (Chest) Press
1min abs
