BOTOX! AND THE MOVEMENT OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE

Show More So, i had botox recently and in my last video - link here - http://youtu.be/E0hmJc-MCxw some very well meaning people and some not very well meaning people commented that the botox had effected my face and thus, i was unable to move my right side of my face! OMG!

Botox has some very serious side effects when used in the hands of non professionals. But believe me when i say - my face is fine! Its not paralysed! Its moves, and works perfectly. Yes i talk out of the left side of my face, but i always have. I can "curl" my left lip but not my right! Thats just the way my face moves!

I have had botox since i was 28 years old. Originally for the treatment of migraines and frequent headaches. It works wonderfully (for me). I also have it in the frown and around the eyes (this is for cosmetic purposes). I have made 4 videos on botox. I have always been honest about it and always will be. Botox is my choice. It frees me from headaches and migraines and it gives me a smoother look.

Botox when used correctly can give wonderful results but used incorrectly it can be dangerous. I have seen "drop eye" once in person from bad botox and while not terrible, it was pretty bad.

If you are interested in getting botox please seek out information and a very very good doctor. I cannot stress this enough.

Botox is my choice. Its my face. And i've always been honest about it. And always will be.

NOTE: Botox is tested in animals in the UK (I believe - as its a drug). That does not make me happy at all. Believe me. I am hoping an alternative comes up. That would indeed make me happy. But honestly, and i really want to be honest, if it were just wrinkle prevention, i wouldn't have it. But i cannot function with chronic daily headaches and migraines. I wish i had a more "acceptable and politically correct answer" but i don't.
