Very Subtle Everyday Smokey Eye Tutorial

Everyone loves a Smokey eye, but sometimes we feel we can only really wear one when we go out clubbing or have a night on the town. Some of us wouldn't dream of wearing one in the day. So I've created a simply subtle smokey looking eye that you can wear to work, or the supermarket where ever you like to really. Not only is this look quick and easy, you don't even have to use any brushes.

So I've created a simply subtle smokey looking eye that you can wear to work, or the supermarket where ever you like to really. Not only is this look quick and easy, you don't even have to use any brushes.

There are a three rules to wearing a smokey eye in the day. Lets break these down.

Ditch the powder eyeshadows, they will make the look more dramatic, you want to create a natural looking smokey eye and even using a light grey colour will still make it look a bit on the dramatic side so ditch the shadows.
Use a Khol liner in your colour of choice or use a cream shadow or a liquid shadow. You want to use anything you can blend out with your finger.
Use a shimmer product you can blend onto the eye. I use a shimmer highlighter but you can use a shimmer liquid product or anything you have.
With all those rules put into place you have yourself a natural looking smokey look.

*my eye is red from hayfever, its hayfever season and If i didn't do a post or a video while I was suffering from hayfever there would be no posts/videos so please ignore.
