Dotty Valentine's Day Nail Art Tutorial

I don't do anything for Valentine's Day, but I can't resist adorable themed nails. This look can easily be applied to every day and doesn't blatantly scream "vday," so I like it. I typically use a dotting tool when I do dots but I wanted to provide an alternative for those of you who don't have any. You can also use a toothpick, a bobby pin, or a pen.
