1. I Got Up & Got Moving(I jog, dance, box, walk etc. anything that keeps me going)
2. I Cut Out Rice & Cut Down On My Carbs
3. I Try To Drink At Least 65 oz of Water
4. I Check What I Eat & Weigh Myself(not too much though)
5. I Get More Sleep
6. I Reward Myself With Makeup/Money
7. I Rest From Exercising Twice/Week
