This vlog was a complete fail.... lol seriously
but still thought I'd post it because you still get to see what i'm doing in the gym so here it is.....
My 28th bday is quickly arising and I would like to look and feel my best.
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week I do strength and cardio classes mainly focusing on strength training I would like to tone some of my problem areas legs,thighs,stomach,hips an arms. I can also stand to lose about 10-15lbs to get me back a my ideal weight of 135lbs depending on how I tone I may gone done to 130lbs . so stay tune

leg press 3reps
arm press 3reps
sqauts 3reps
core strength 15mins
abs 10mins
