This is my guide to buying the perfect bra for you. This video is obviously meant for WOMEN-FEMALES-GIRLS-CHICKS...or if your a guy who wants to wear a bra for some reason...well this is for you too I guess!?
Anyway- this video was requested (in my last haul video); I got the idea to do this video by noticing that some girls don't know how a bra should fit or what to look for in a bra. I know a lot of girls who just "buy whatever". Every female should be comfortable and feel confident in their clothes- a big part of that is how our undergarmets fit! Think about it- an ill fitting bra can ruin a cute outfit.
THE DEMO of how to fit a bra is based on my knowledge of working retail and what works best for me; here are two sites I found to have good information on how to measure yourself. This is INCREDIBLY helpful for those of you who shop online for your stuff.

*NOTE
- Victoria's Secret has a different method for fitting bras. However I find that this method leads me to too big a band in other brands ( Victoria's Secret can SOMETIMES run a little small)

*MORE INFO ON SIZING*
~THE SISTER SIZE~
-If you find that your bra is either slightly off int he band; or cup- try the "sister size"; The idea behind this is you can go UP or DOWN in the band size and have the same/similar/better fit as you go DOWN or UP in the cup size! This really does the trick; I find this especially helpful in buying push-up type bras; which tend to run small in the cup area.
*example of sister size* - if you wear a 34B- your sister sizes would be 32C and 36A; 32C because you went DOWN in the band and UP in the cup one size; and 36A because you went UP in the band and DOWN in the cup. When trying on a bra be sure to take your two "sister sizes" with you to try on.

Essential Bra Types for Every Girl
1) The Tee-Shirt/Weekend Bra- This bra should be a smooth texture, comfy, and a neutral color. I prefer wireless; for larger busts go for something with a thicker strap for full support! This is the type of bras I find myself wearing the most- comfy and still cute!
My favorites
The Victoria's Secret Cotton Wireless

Body By Victoria Full Coverage Bra

For V-Neck Tees; A good Demi Bra

2) Good Push-Up Bra- This should be comfortable for your body type; if you have a smaller bust- look for something that adds a bit of "volume" toward the bottom part of the bra- with light lining toward the top. Everyone should avoid too much padding- it looks fake! If you have a larger bust look for more support at the sides of the bra as well as the base of the bra to lift and hold support.
My Favorites?

Body By Victoria Push-Up Bra ( LOVE this line of bras! They have memory foam!)

3) Strapless/Convertible Bra- At first I thought " Hey I'll only wear it sometimes, I'll just get a cheap one"- NO! Not the case; strapless bras, especially bad ones can be so UNCOMFORTABLE and inconvenient! I have used pasties ( EW haha)- but I prefer a bra. Here's my fav ( I've had mine for 2 years! Looks new too!)

4) A good Sports Bra- This for me is essential; I buy a LOT of Nike/Addidas/etc running/workout tops with built in bras. You want to ALWAYS check out the inside to make sure the bra is good quality ( if your smaller up top you can get away with not wearing another bra under! if your larger chested you want to check also just to make sure your getting support) I like the bras with built in cups; however I do own several NIKE bras that don't have the cup feature that work great.
Here's a few examples of the ones I suggest
