Hello Everyone :)
Today we are going to be discussing the different types of Nail Fungus and what to do to avoid it.
Hope it is very informative for you.
One thing that i forgot to put in is that when you go to a salon, you need to make sure that all of there utensils have been sterilized. It is ok to ask them ! It is your right as a customer to ask. You can also ask to see where they sterilize everything at. A lot of salons do not handle their equipment properly and it is a pretty good place to get a fungus. Also, when you go to get your pedicure, you are allowed to ask them to clean out the pedicure bowl in front of you, that way you know it is done properly !!!! And, if you like, you can bring in your own clippers and files too. That way you know that they are clean and that no one else has used them. If the place that you go to has a problem with you asking questions and bringing in your own utensils then it probably is a good idea to go somewhere else or just do it yourself. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL WILL NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS.
Also, i mention in here to wear slippers... just make sure they r clean and fully dry ! You do not want them wet or moist because this could end up being a breeding ground for bacteria.... NOT GOOD !!!!
Also, as soon as you come in from being anywhere and you have had ur feet in your shoes whether you have had socks on or not, wash your feet and thoroughly dry them.
