My sister wanted to be glam'd up for New Year's Eve and she is wearing a black dress with blue sash. So I thought we'd play with some colors she has and glitters. She is a neutral makeup wearer, but for the festivities, I thought I bold, dramatic, sultry smokey eye using blues might complement her whole ensemble. So, here's what we came up with.
