Yummy Hydrating Hair Mask

If you've watched my past videos you'll know that I'm trying to get into more friendly organic products ranging for my hair, to my skin and around the house.
Have you ever tried masks for your hair?

This is what I used:
1/2 an Avocado
2Tbsp of olive oil (Extra virgin)
1Tbsp of Honey (Organic)
Mix ingredients well and Apply to hair.
Rinse w/water and Shampoo and Condition and style as usual

Another Great:
1 organic (if not available a regular banana will do) ripened banana
2 Tbsp plain organic yogurt
2 Tsp organic wheat germ oil
1/4 Tsp of lecithin
1/8 Tsp of organic honey
2 Tsp of sweetened condensed milk
2-4 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
Repeat steps mentioned above

Of course, you want to try to use what's around your home, so try to avoid unecessary trips to the grocery store. Omit the milk, germ oil and lecithin and voila! Less is more.

There are many recipes you can find on the internet and more often than not, if they're good for your hair, they're also good for your skin, you just might have to twitch it up in a few places.

Give it a go! Play around with products you have in your home. Only you know what's best for you!

So thanks to a generous tip from a viewer I've recently learned that avocados are as poisonous to dogs as chocolate is. I sincerely didn't think this was so as avocado oil is used in most brands of dog food and some sites even encourage pet owners to spoon a little into their dish for their fur. Use your best judgment. Just as you know what's best for you, only you know what's best for your pets!
