I used:
China Glaze base coat
Essie - no pre nup
La Colors Art Deco - Red, Silver, and 3D silver
MigiNail Art matte red
Santee - Red Spackle

Rhinestone Wheel..well i can't remember which place I got it. either downtown LA or at the ESSE last year. Either way, just google where to buy rhinestones, they're widely avail and shouldn't be more than a few bucks!

The amazing & magical top coat: Seche Vite Dry fast Top Coat..I bought this at Sally's and I'll never try another brand ever again!

and that's it!
