Thank you so much for that tips...you have NO IDEA how you helped me! For so long I have been trying to figure out the trick to having a bright under eye area because it really does give the face a brighter cleaner look. I don't have dark under eyes, so do I skip any of the steps or just use a lighter application? Also, whats the best way to apply the concealer, with a brush or with my finger? Thank you SO much for all of your help!
