Stress relief tips:
1. Lock yourself in your room, and play some music. (whatever you like)
2. Go for a walk (wether it be to get the mail, walk your dog, or to pick up
groceries.) It keeps your mind off of things, and you get fresh air. Plus,
walking is good.
3. Talk to someone/ call a friend. It's better to rant to someone, and they can
help you deal with whatever is making you stressed.
3. Exercise or do yoga. Because exercising raises endorphins (which makes you feel good) and helps circulation.
4. Aromatherapy: spray your favorite scent around your room. It makes you feel
at ease, and makes you feel a bit happier.
5. Me time: Paint your nails, and read a book or magazine.
6. If you can't talk to someone directly, write what you're feeling on a piece
of paper. And rip it to pieces. It's an easy way to forget about what your
feeling.
7. Drink some hot tea: green it black. Because tea contains theanine which is
said to have a calming effect on the mind and body.
8. Have something healthy: fruit, salad, smoothies. Eating healthy gives you
more energy as supposed to junk food.
9. Take a hot bath/ shower: the heat will relax your muscles.
10. Take a nap. You'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go.
