HAIR CARE THEN:
I use to wash my hair every two weeks at my salon. At this point I did not use heat in my hair outside of the salon. This video was an exception due to a request.

N.B.: I no longer use the products shown in this video.

HAIR CARE NOW (self administered care):
1. Creme of Nature Shampoo with Argan Oil (Sulfate Free)
2. Organic Root Stimulator Replenishing Conditioner in which I deep condition my hair for an 1hr (Every Sunday).

The week before I relax my hair I use the
3.Organic Root Stimulator Shampoo (with sulfate) as my clarifying shampoo & deep conditioner with the protein treatment Organic African Best Mayonnaise for an hour.

4. Moisturizing Lotion: Organic Root Stimulator Moisturizer.
5. Seal: Castor Oil
I moisturize and seal my hair every other night or three nights per week. I do not use any form of heat on my hair until I relax.
