Here is a review of the ELF eye brightener. This can be found at the eyes lips face website and it costs three dollars. I purchased this when ELF was having a sixty percent off sale and I use it to set my undereye concealer.

I find this product is a waste of three dollars and does not make my undereye concealer last longer, brightener the undereye area, or anything else that it claims to do. I would say it would be better spent if you purchase a higher end product.
