Hey everyone, this is my first in the series of handy little makeup tips. I hope you enjoy, I picked this one up in college and I use it all the time. The powder acts as a barrier as it does when you powder your face, when the top layer rubs off you have this protected layer of lipstick underneath that will not wear off. Especially on brides and when I wear bright lipsticks.

Next Weeks Beauty Tip, will be about oily hair.
