In loving memory of Marie Lucille Ward who passed away peacefully in her sleep at the home of her daughter March 20, 2012 at the age of 86 after a short battle with cancer.
Marie was born in London, England to James and Lucille Hill. She had one brother, James. She grew up in a war torn country during WWII. After her children were grown and on their own, Marie decided to start a new career in Real Estate. She worked for many years as a real estate agent, lastly for Network Alliance in Felton. Marie seemed to adopt almost every client she worked with. She was outgoing and very personable.
Marie's loves were family, friends, painting, music and dancing. She was a loving wife, mother, friend. She was Nana to all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marie was loved and touched by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
