I forgot to mention in the video about the customer service
the company does have great customer service, the associate I spoke with was very professional and answered all questioned asked and was knowledgeable about the products offered.

I received the Remy Malaysian textured hair (3)bundles
(1) 22"
(1)18"
(1)16"

I want to again thank elitehaironline for the opportunity to review the hair, as I stated the hair was beautiful and full but the tangles and extreme shedding was not something I had anticipated.

I do believe for the prices that your selling the hair at the problems with the matting and shedding should be resolved.
Their should be no reason for any hair to have that amount of shedding and matting especially being of high quality as stated.

This is and has been my honest opinion review and thoughts.... I was not pleased with the amount of work I had to put it....

It did discourage me from wanting to try other styles with the hair like straightening it out, and bantu knot set. I did try a braidout which was beautiful but throughout the day it become matted. Also the amount of shedding was extreme I had hair everywhere!

My problem was mainly with the 22" but over time I did experience problems with the 18" also. As stated in my video I wouldn't recommend purchasing long lengths with this company but the shorter length was NOT A PROBLEM.
