Neutral Prom Look

I didn't get to prom, so it was kind of upsetting for me. But I did get to do my senior walk and show off a beautiful dress, at least I think it was pretty. Anyway I decided to do a tutorial on a look that is good for prom. Specially for girls who don't have a loud personality and like to keep it more conservative. Also for some reason the end of the video did not upload correctly!!!
