You are allowed to do any workout program of your choice...
The Rules Are:
1.You have to workout at least 3-6 days a week
2.Must workout at least 30mins per day
3.You should be eating at least 5 meals a day (3 whole meals) 2 snacks
4.You Are Not ALLOWED to eat after 8pm
5.You Must Drink 70-80oz of water Daily
