this challenge has already started....
I started JAN 14 2010 & it will end APRIL 14 2010
I have not been this excited about anything since the start of my hair journey i'm so ready to get this weight off and get back to my regular size. that means working out and eating right can't have one without the other.
My starting weight is 152lbs keep in mind that i'm only 5'4 and most of my weight is carried in my hips... so being my height i'm over weight my BMI should be 25 and under and my BMI is 26.1 or something like that my goal weight is to be 135lbs who know I may even push to 130lbs but my goal is to lose 17lbs and I plan to.
my workout program will be P90X/Turbo Jam I have not started turbo Jam as yet because i'm waiting for my order to come in but I dance for at less an hour.
Daily routine
6:00am-wakup
7:00am-have breakfest
8:00am-workout-P90X
11:00am-have snack
3:00pm-have snack
7:00pm-have dinner
8:00pm-workout-dance for 1hr
eat nothing after 8:00pm
try to be in bed by 10-11pm
NO JUICE
NO COFFEE
ONLY WATER
Cheat days will be on Wednesday that's also my rest days
can only cheat with one thing... lol haha
workout 6days a week
weekly weigh-in Thursdays
Once a month measurement update if you checkout my channel my starting measurements are up
Daily Journal(track my calorie intake)
my thoughts...
can only consume between 1200-1400 calories daily
weightloss should be 0.5-2lbs per week to reach my goal!!!!
so ready set lets go!!!!
