This is my opinion. This a great product and after using this you will fell better after a short time. I hope this will help you as much as it has helped me. My periods were very heavy and after a month on the cream and I used it very day not skipping any days for 2 months and my periods slowed down and were regular. Then I went to the schedule for my age group 25 on 5 off. These were my results and you may not get the same. This will not interfere with any meds you are on right now. Nor is there any side effects.I always have my hormones checked at least twice a yesr. You can always check with your doctor before using if you feel it is necessary. Just remember this is in my opinion.
