If you do suffer from Mixed Connective Tissue Disease please be reminded that it is NOT a death sentence but it SHOULD NOT be taken as lightly as many medical practitioners have brought it across. If not approached with urgency and cared it can and have become fatal.
There is a life outside of daily medicinal treatment and I have found it thus far through exercise & a gluten free approach to my daily diet. I will be discussing all of these and more in detail on the following channel: mixedconnectivetissue http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-U-1TLK2fe0OiAJgPmYoeA
I have completely butchered the pronunciation of pol-e-myo-si-tis & myo-si-tis BUT whatever lol it is what it is and it doesn't change that I have got it.
