BeautyBox5 is kind of a mystery to me. It's been in the works since the fall, but besides their press release not a lot has been written about them, at least that I could find. The only thing I know about them is that they are a Austin, TX based company and that they were quick to answer my emails. Also, this company SHIPS TO CANADA which I'm sure has a ton of people thrilled! The first box was OK. I'm really curious to see how it is followed up. I'm looking for the next box to be better, especially since I filled out my beauty profile and they said they are going to start tailoring boxes to individuals wants and needs soon.

My Lookbag is fantastic but won't really show what is in a typical box. I never received my box and a replacement had to be sent. With the replacement they threw in some extra items for my trouble. They were extremely generous, however I didn't get product cards or other information that came in the regular boxes This sample bag has me really excited. It was started by the creator and former CEO of E! Entertainment Television, Alan Mruvka and the bags are curated by Damone Roberts, a celebrity beauty therapist known best as the "Eyebrow King". This is a celebrity based box that will include well known, up and coming, and undiscovered companies. Subscribers also get 20% off of products in thelookstore.com. One thing to note, some of these samples are going to be hand packed so you will be getting samples that looked like they were spooned or squeezed in from another package. Some examples of this are creams or perfumes that are repackaged into sample size jars and have hand written labels. If this concerns or creeps you out in any way then this is not the sample box for you. I'm hopeful that this will be a great sample box!
