this flapper look is done to look like the girl stepped right out of a vintage movie or a cracked and antique photo. I hope that came across in this tutorial. also at the end there is an alternate look i did. in this version my eyebrows are just filled in and not covered and the makeup is really simple (but there are only pictures). I think you could mix both looks or try one to get the perfect east flapper look for halloween.
