Different strokes for different folks but ever since I have incorporated these techniques into my routine, my makeup lasts whole day with very minimal shine issues. Most of the products I have used in this video were already reviewed in my blog so head over to http://www.thefabzilla.com/
1.Always begin with a clean face & hands. Wash face as in usual.
2. Use mattifying toner. I used Yves Rocher Sebo Specific in this video, here's my review: http://www.thefabzilla.com/2012/01/yves-rocher-sebo-specific-2-in-1-toner.html
3.Use oil-free moisturizer. I used Yves Rocher Culture Bio Wakeup Cream, review here: http://www.thefabzilla.com/2012/03/yves-rocher-culture-bio-wake-up-cream.html
4. Apply face primer. I used Laura Mercier face primer.
5.If you have visible/open pores like me, try Clinique Pore Minimizer: http://www.thefabzilla.com/2010/12/visible-pore-no-more-clinique-pore.html
6. Use oil-free / long-wear foundation. I used Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in place foundation in this video, review here: http://www.thefabzilla.com/2011/11/estee-lauder-double-wear-stay-in-place.html
7. Use under-eye concealer if need be.
8. Buff foundation to distribute it evenly and to help minimize pores
9.Dab facial tissue over face to absorb excess oil and moisture
10. If you have serious oily face issues, try Origins Zero Oil, this is my saving grace~ full review here: http://www.thefabzilla.com/2011/11/origins-zero-oil-instant-matte-finish.html
11. Set foundation with pressed or loose powder. I used MAC Mineralize powder in this video, review here: http://www.thefabzilla.com/2012/02/mac-mineralize-foundationloose-got-new.html
