HELP FROM ALL YOU BEAUTY GURU'S FOR SOMEONE IN THERE 50'S

Hi everyone this is Karen and I am asking your help for applying makeup on someone in there 50's. I never know what colors to use being older. I use to know what to use but things I use to do just don't work any more. So I am asking for your help. What should someone in there 50's be using for eyeshadows, eye liner, blush, lipstick all that stuff. I have a great foundation NARS sheer glow and I love that. But the other stuff I'm not sure any more. So I would appreciate any help in this area.
