(2) Progress: Your Start Point and your Ending Point (Weight, Measurements, BMI, etc). Please make sure to tell us where you began on this challenge and exactly where you are now.
(3) Goal Reminder: Tell us what your goals were for this challenge. What you were looking to accomplish within these two months? What you hoped to be able to do after this challenge concludes?
(4) Your Accomplishments: Tell us about any goals (you've set in this challenge) that you achieved. What did you do to get those results and how it was a successful? Are you satisfied with your end results, why or why not? What could you have done better or what did you do the best with?
(5) Show us your Final Body Shots: Show us your body from every angle in a video and/or images. Wear fitted clothes and/or sportswear. Try not to wear all block.
You may also include a comparison of your Entry Submission & Progress Videos Shots as well (optional).

All the remaining contestants will have between March 11- 17th to upload their Final Result Videos. There will be absolutely no late entries so all contestants must submit by the March 17th deadline.
