I'm starting a new series today called my Carmindy Make Up Your Mind Series. You may know Carmindy as the makeup artist from TLC's What Not To Wear. She's one of my biggest inspirations next to Michelle Phan. The idea for this series came from her book Get Positively Beautiful. There's a section in the book called Make Up Your Mood. I will be doing each look from that section of the book in a tutorial, this tutorial is my Seductive look :)
