OPI Outrageous Neons Review

Hello everyone, just a quick video for you all! When I saw these in a trade magazine I knew I just had to get them and try them out. The video pretty much says it all with a few swatches of the colors. I highly recommend these polishes, which you should be able to find at either Ulta or your local beauty salon. These polishes are a colorful way to end the summer...also to use year round if you like neon nails whatever season it may be. ;)
