She was so beautiful that the God Posideon himself had to have her, This made Athena so enraged with jealousy that she cursed medusa to have the golden scales of a snake, snakes for hair and that no man could ever gaze upon her beauty again without being turned to stone... Thought it was an interesting story. ^_^
