This is my first thoughts on the new Urban Decay Smoked Eye Palette, its presented in a matte case with shiny embossed writing and is a zipped compartment with cardboard inner. It comes with a full sized 24/7 eyeliner in perversion, a mini original eye primer (lilac and silver packaging) and a manual detailing how to achieve 12 smokey eye looks - including hints and tips on preparing for your smokey eye, the techniques and brushes you need and then for each look a step by step instruction on what to use and how to use it.

I got this palette at Debenhams for £35 and its just new out this last week. The colours are definitely better in person, and there are 10 colours in this palette, 5 neutral smokey colours and 5 colours to add a little something different to your smoked eye look.
The shadows are very pigmented, but there can be fallout so please be watchful of that, this is quite common with urban decay shadows though.
A great dupe for the included eye pencil is the Avon supershock gel liner in black.
Hope you enjoyed my first thoughts, thanks for watching and for all your support.
