It's so unfortunate that these bras in particular are so delicate. It was my fault completely that the seam came up. I know you are supposed to air dry your bras it's much better for them, cheap or expensive. They last a lot longer for sure but I just got lazy and this was the destruction from one time in the dryer. I have actually thrown away my bras before after I ruined them the same way until this dawned on me to do.
You can obviously do this with anything it does not have to be VS or even a bra. Anything that you want to hem, fix, or stitch.
You can wait for the glue to dry then iron but that's not what I did. I just slapped it on then ironed it for about 30 seconds moving the iron around so I didn't burn my bra by setting it too long in one spot. I waited 30 minutes to wear it so the glue and everything had time to set in. You aren't supposed to wash it for another 24 hours, but you can thrown this in the washer and the glue won't come undone. As always I wouldn't suggest putting this in the dryer :)
