Splurge or Save? Tarte LipSurgence vs. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain

Both of these lip products are quite popular. I love when the drugstore brands tries and dupes a high end item and it actually works out. You will see if the video that I am not comparing the color of the lip crayons I am comparing the product overall. I wasn't trying to find a dupe of the color. I just picked two popular nudes from both companies. The one I originally wanted from Tarte was sold out online.

As I mention in the video Tarte has 3 different lines of these lip crayons. They have a matte version, a luster (which is the kind that i picked with the extra moisture and the glitter) and then the one most similar to the Revlon the tint version.

Did anyone else have trouble with the Revlon one going orange on them after they wore it for a while? I hated that it came out this sort of nice nude pink then 15 minutes later it was almost this unwearable scary orange if I applied too much. The stain after the balm wore off was nice and deep pink but that color is not for me.
