I think the "stamping" method is great to start out when using liquid eyeliner especially if you are new to liquid eyeliner. This is also a great way to use on clients it's much more easy. You can obviously make your liner anyway you want to in this video I'm just showing an example. And by gosh dilly darn dang traffic at 2 am STILL LOL sorry if I'm not so perky I was a bit sleepy :)) Thanks for watching!
