Hi everyone! Although I already have an eyeliner tutorial, many people wanted a review and application of the gel eyeliner that I currently use. Currently I am using the Inglot Matte Gel Eyeliner #55 which is their most opaque black gel liner. It's currently the best I've ever tried and reasonably priced as well (I've tried MAC, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, and YSL). Hope you enjoy!
